Where can I find my WooCommerce emails?

Your Managed WordPress Ecommerce plan offers email editing for WooCommerce emails, without requiring any plugin. To view and edit emails, head to Marketing > Emails in your WordPress Admin view.

Are my active extensions able to add content to my WooCommerce emails?

Yes, if any of your active extensions are adding content to one of the WooCommerce core emails, the content will be added to the email.

Can I edit emails added by my active extensions?

At this time, editing emails added by active third-party extensions isn’t possible. If you’re interested in being able to do so, please let the team know by going to the Get Help area in your WordPress Admin view. Your feedback will help prioritize our work.

Why can’t I edit some emails?

You can edit the look and content of all core WooCommerce emails. You can also edit the look of all third-party email extensions, since they use the email template that is editable at Email > Settings. However, some third-party extensions may not let you edit some emails’ content.
