Create an Office 365 email signature

With Office 365 from GoDaddy, you can create email signatures that are automatically added to the end of your emails.

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy Office 365 Microsoft portal. (Need help logging in?)
  2. Click the Gear icon to open the settings.
  3. Scroll down to Your app settings and expand.
  4. Click mail to open email options.
  5. Expand the Layout section.
  6. Click Email signature.
  7. Enter the signature you want to use.
  8. Select Automatically include my signature on messages I send.
  9. Click Save.
