Adding rules to filter messages
You can set it up so Web-Based Email will automatically filter your emails into folders based on rules you set. For more information about creating folders, see Create an email folder.
- Log in to your Workspace Email account and open your product. (Need help logging in?)
- From the Settings menu, select Message Filters.
- Click Add New.
- Select the rule based on one of the email's fields, enter the value to activate the filter, select which folder to move the email to, and then click OK.
To change a filtering rule's priority, click the up or down arrow next to the rule.
To edit or delete a filtering rule, from the Actions column, click Edit or Delete.
