Unable to change php options and get User not in CageFS error

So i need to edit php.ini settings to improve filesize but im unable to access it because i keep getting User  not in CageFS ERROR

Hi @danielgood. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! More than likely, that error indicates an issue with your hosting plan. I'd recommend getting in touch with our hosting team so they can take a look.
