Cpanel showing resource limit reached

My Cpanel is showing Resource Limit Reached. My site is just a basic Html site. There's absolutely nothing to suggest a high load on server resource. Now i cant even check mails.. Whats the problem?

Even when your visitors count is high, your resources may reach its limit.

The site has no major interactivity. its just basic html. Only the contact form has any interaction. and apart from mails, there's nothing else to suggest a high traffic or load from my site. www.pronard.com. How do i get goDaddy to fix this? Cos having to run headlong into this just after leaving a previous host is pretty annoying. If i knew goDaddy doesn't even have something as basic as EMAIL SUPPORT, i'd have taken my site elsewhere.

Actually interaction is not the only cause for using resources. Even when your website is visited by many number of peoples than it can serve, your resource will be utilized high. Please call godaddy call support at https://in.godaddy.com/contact-us.aspx for detailed support.
