Hi. I have the exact same problem with cPanel. Did you solved the issue? Just made the hosting account and it drives me crazy, because the customer is waiting for the website ASAP. Thanks

Hello. You can try to login directly from url http://your domain name/cpanel, using cPanel login user and password.
