Can't find cPanel? Did I buy the wrong product?

I am new here and I am trying to find the access to cpanel, but I don't know if I am looking in the wrong places or I bought the wrong product. I had bought a domain and I also got managed wordpress, but I only have php and wp admin but no cpanel
