I want to add a picture in the red circle, but I can't understand the PHP programming code.

I want to know how to operate it. The effect should be similar to the icon under the red circle.

You would need to create a child theme and then adjust the code for the footer - Every theme is different so there is no change this code to that or add this

If you are not comfortable adjusting the code on your own, I suggest connecting with a developer to pay to have this completed.
