Health Check Content Changed

Hi All,

I have ran a Health Check from within the wordpress admin and it returns a number of Content changed and 2 file missing results.

i have no idea how to restore them back to there original Wordfence has a option but when i try to restore i get a write permission error.

 

Any one any ideas

Hmmm... Doesn't makes sense.  Not knowing your situation (was WordPress just installed, when WordFence was added), it could just be you did a restore that WF picked up on.  You did note that you tried to restore -- maybe you were successful?

 

If you are concerned about being hacked or malware -- run a free security check here.  As long as the site is clean, operating properly and shows you are on version 4.9.7.   I would change your user and FTP passwords just to be safe.

 

Not sure why the two files are missing -- neither are operational or consequential to WordPress working properly.

 

You can also check into doing a manual update to make sure all the files are the latest.  Instructions here.
