URL unsecured as a result of host name mismatch

hi there,

My website is unsecured due to a host name mismatch per "whynopadlock.com" can any one please help?

You need to install / add an SSL certificate to your site.

 

https://www.sslforfree.com/ is the site that allows for you to do this for free - you will have to update the DNS or add a text file to the site. Please note this is only good for 90 days

 

The GoDaddy SSL certificate (purchased) is good for a year, so while there is a cost for the SSL, the benefit is you are set for a year and don't have to repeat this process every 90 days.
