Sucuri - WordPress Integrity (False Positives)

Hello, I installed Sucuri on our managed WordPress hosting and got a message that WordPress Core Files is Modified or Removed.

Upon checking the Scanner, it shows this.

Question about the following:

  • gd-config.php = Is this added by GoDaddy?
  • wp-admin/install.php = It being removed, is it normal?
  • wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php = It being modified, is it normal?

If any of the 3 is not normal. How can I fix it?

Yes those 3 are fine

1) gd-config - This is what allows GoDaddy to add some of the hooks between WordPress and it's management console

2 & 3) GoDaddy locks down the wp-admin / wp-includes so you wouldn't be able to touch those anyways - but yes that is correct as GoDaddy pushes out the new core updates
