ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR after installing iThemes security pro

Good evening everyone, 

After I have installed iThemes security pro plugin, I was locked out from my website which was built on wordpress. I have very shallow knowledge regarding the technical stuff. Would anyone help me resolve this issue to retain access to my website?

Based on the SSL Protocol Error it seems like you might have enabled forced SSL in iThemes on a server that does not have SSL configured. 

 

One thing to look at is your .htaccess file and see if there is anything that is referencing https - if you remove / comment those lines you should be able to be back up and running
