O365 Email from contact form received on Gmail, not domain email

Hi everyone,

Earlier everything fine and mail from contact us page was receiving on my domain mail and gmail.

But since few months, contact us form mail not receiving domain mail and only in gmail mail. I can't share gmail mail loginto my sales team.

I have changed receiving mail as other domain mail but still problem persist.
