Email not appearing on server

For some reason in the last month, I have only been able to view about 6 weeks of recent e-mails in my mailbox.   My emails are forwarded to Outlook, but I keep them longer in the Go Daddy server for easy access when I am on the road.   Is there some setting that has been accidentally reset, I have looked all over but can't find it.  Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for posting! It sounds like there may have been a preference changed for how your email appears. I'd recommend reaching out to our support team so they can have a look and let you know if they see any issues. If your email was somehow removed, they may be able to restore it.
