Does GoDaddy charge to add txt records to a GoDaddy registered domain?

I have just ended a conversation with crazydomains.com where I was not happy, they take your money and then tell you to add txt records you need to pay an extra $20 for the privilege. 

Before I get into the same mess can someone tell me if GoDaddy charges to add txt records to a GoDaddy registered domain?

Wow, that is crazy.

TXT records are included with DNS hosting that comes standard with domain registration at GoDaddy.
