Can I manage DNS through GoDaddy if my domains was purchased from a third party provider?

Hello!

I have a domain bought on my local tld (it's a .ro domain). As my main tld provider only supports nameservers and not CNAME/A/etc I need to manage that also instead of setting up my own namserver. Is there a way that GoDaddy can handle that for me? Maybe if I buy a VPS from GoDaddy, or something similar?

Thank you very much!

GoDaddy does offer something called offsite DNS - if you go to https://dcc.godaddy.com and you can add the domain as an offsite DNS and they will provide the name servers to enter. I have never tried withe a .RO domain but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
