Backorder credits

Hello,

I tried to create a backorder but it needs credits, they cost $19.99.

How credits work and how much credits that $19.99 gives, and how much time it'll work..?!

A backorder credit can be applied to one domain at a time.  It is active until successful or you can switch it to another domain, note they can not guarantee it would be successful for a given domain.  The service monitors the domain waiting for it to expire and attempts to register it as soon as it's available again.
