    switching hosting plans

    i bought a managed WordPress hosting plan yesterday , by today i realized it wasn't exactly what i needed. i would prefer Linux economy plan and will like to buy the plan.  is it possible to use the part of the existing WordPress credit for it?

    If you call / chat with support - if you just did this yesterday, you should be able to get a refund / credit.

     

    That being said, while I don't know your specific needs, I personally would not recommend the linux server over Managed WordPress.

     

    While both are technically "shared" cPanel shared vs the Managed WordPress shared are 2 very different platforms.
