So you are using GoDaddy's older Linux Hosting - You really need to upgrade / migrate to a cPanel server as the current server doesn't support the latest version of PHP and a plethora of additional reasons.

Yes cPanel (and Plesk) allow for the ability to do subdomains - If you have the "Linux Hosting" - sometimes referred to as Legacy Hosting, you will need / want to upgrade not just for the cPanel access but also for other updates like PHP 7.x as PHP 5.x is no longer supported / patched for security etc.
Part of the increase in cost is the "licensing" of cPanel itself - this is an extra $15/month cost
Many low cost "shared" hosting providers have had to create / support their own control panels due to cPanel adjusting their pricing last year.

sorry i did not know that i should migrate to somethere elsethere...
deleted all not needfull domains, folders, databases and apps
how do you think how much of them should be to stable work in my web hosting account?
thank you!
This isn't a matter of deleting things from the current server - Think of it this way - the current server you are on is like Windows 7 - it will still work and function but you can't upgrade certain things past the current version and you may run into some issues.
The new servers are windows 10 / latest and greatest....
NOTE: The servers aren't Windows servers I was just using that as an analogy.

I have the same problem and have received similar replies as I see here.
Basically, it appears that the only way to fix the problem is to upgrade your hosting plan.
That means paying more for your hosting. HOWEVER - Go Daddy's hosting prices on the plan choice screen do not match the price of upgrading. It's only a small amount difference but the major thing I do not see when looking at the "upgrade" from the economy plan to the Deluxe plan is any mention about subdomains. There is a mention of unlimited number of websites on the Plan Screen so this might (might is the operative word) work for you by having multiple websites to take the place of subdomains. Basically, it appears that everything is getting more expensive.

In my opinion your reply is up to date, logical and makes sense. Good information @PL281.
My website with the subdomain issue I asked about is used as a test site to check end-to-end functionality of various items. The info in your reply is very helpful and I thank you for it.
