Web Site Down

Web Site is down suddenly. Can login into account but when trying to access PHPMyadmin, CPanel, etc. this message is shown.

We Can't Access Your Account. If this issue continues, please contact our support at 480-505-8877.

Contacted Customer support they say they have a report from yesterday at 1pm, but this started 3 hours ago.

 

FTP not working also. When pinging dedicated SSL IP all request timed out.

Try to access from different locations all report the same issue.

This is something you really need to work with support on as we are end users here in the community and this is an account / back end related item vs something we can provide guidance on.
