Since the latest patch my shared hosting server gets down every day around 12 AM for a short moment. I receive several emails notifying me of that fact. No cron or backup is running around that time. I was on hold for 20 minutes to get to person A which then connects me to customer service person B for another 45 minutes hold time. No luck to talk to anyone. I don't like this hand me over support. I want email support back! This CORONA service is unacceptable. Go back to the office!
