Renewed hosting now sites will not load

I added a hosting plan to my godaddy domain and the only page that will load is "This Web page is parked FREE, courtesy of GoDaddy.com."  I installed wordpress and phpbb, both of their index pages give the same result. I have created multiple html files in different directories and all I get is that generic parked page.  it has been 48 hours since I added the hosting plan

Whenever you change the nameserver's on any domain, it take's 24-48 hrs to start working. So wait for at least 48 hrs and then even if it doesn't work, cross-check your nameserver's and IP address on domain or contact Godaddy via chat or phone.

I have already renewal my hosting , i paid it and i got the receipt , but it is still show under the rnewal on this month , the domain is bugs-it.com. 

i paid one 15 sep 2017 , here is the receipt number

the ammount is $131.80

please advise ?
