Hi @MinmegamInterne,

Welcome to the Community!

If you - through loss of your phone or change of number - are not able to get the 2FA code to log in to your GoDaddy account, the only way to get it removed is through your submission to the Account Recovery team. Essentially, the 2FA is doing its job. It's preventing someone pretending to be the account holder (you) from gaining access to the account, products, and payment methods.

Be sure to submit the request using the email address on the account. If you have any questions over the documentation being accepted or rejected, please ask that team for specifics in your email response. The GoDaddy Terms of Service requires valid account profile information so that, in these instances, they can be sure the correct person, or company, is given access.
